How do I check availability for my date?

Submit an enquiry and the Functions Manager will confirm availability for your preferred space and date.

Is there a minimum spend or catering requirement?

Yes. All events require catering for every guest. Cocktail functions require a minimum of $25 per person, and sit-down events require $40 per person. Final minimums will be confirmed with your plan.

Do you charge a room hire fee?

Some spaces have no room hire fee, while others depend on the booking type or level of exclusivity. Your event plan will outline any fees.

Can I book exclusive use of a space?

Yes. Several spaces offer full exclusivity depending on availability, guest numbers, and minimum spend.

What food options are available?

You can choose from platters, canapés, or set-menu packages. Options vary depending on the type of event and space.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Please provide all dietary details when finalising your numbers so the kitchen can prepare suitable options.

Can I bring my own cake?

Yes. Staff can cut and serve it for a small fee, or you can self-serve at no cost.

What are the beverage options?

You can run a bar tab, choose a subsidised tab, or let guests purchase their own drinks. You can also discuss custom setups with the Functions Manager.

Is AV available?

Several spaces include screens, microphones, or audio access. Details depend on the space you book.

Can I bring my own music or a DJ?

Yes, depending on the space. The Functions Manager will guide you through what each room can accommodate.

What is the latest time we can stay?

Last drinks are usually called at 11:45pm, with guests vacating by 12:30am unless otherwise arranged.

Can children attend?

Yes, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. All children must leave the premises by midnight under licensing laws.

Do you allow decorations?

Most decorations are welcome, but nothing can be nailed, screwed, or glued to walls. Confetti and similar items are not allowed.

Can we arrive early to set up?

Setup times depend on the space and existing bookings. Day functions usually run until 5pm, and evening access is generally from 5:30pm.

What is your deposit and payment process?

A deposit is required within seven days of the tentative booking, with final numbers and full payment due seven days before the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are refundable with more than two months’ notice. Between one and two months receives a 50 percent refund. Less than one month is non-refundable.

Is outdoor space weatherproof?

Yes. The Garden Bar has a retractable roof, summer cooling, and heaters for winter.

Where can guests park?

Guests can park in our spacious carpark, street parking is also available.
